Congratulations to Elizabeth Bear!

Her January 2007 Clarkesworld story, Orm the Beautiful, has been selected for volume two of Jonathan Strahan’s The Best Science Fiction and Fantasy of the Year.  The Night Shade Books website has the book listed for publication in March.
