Based on sales at Clarkesworld Books (www.clarkesworldbooks.com) for the week ending May 8th, 2005.

The Devil Delivered continued to hold the top spot this week. The signed paperback is already out of print, so I don’t expect to have copies for much longer. The surprise (for me) was Mirrormask. Yes, Neil Gaiman normally sells well, but this is an illustrated film script and we haven’t had much luck with things like that in the past.

  1. I’ve got a review copy of Mirrormask, and it’s gorgeous. It’s no wonder it’s selling like crazy. It just looks gorgeous on the bookshelf, I hate to take it down to read.

    • Gorgeous, yes, that’s the word to describe it. Still, we’re an online store so all these orders are from people who probably haven’t seen more than the cover.
