Cherie Priest takes the top spot this week. Haven’t read this one yet, but I have been enjoying the her serialized version of The Wreck of the Mary Byrd over on the Subterranean Press website. She also has a forthcoming book called Dreadful Skin coming from Subterranean in early 2007.

Blindsight was a book I knew I’d enjoy well before reading it. I’ve been a fan of Peter’s work for years and had the pleasure of catching a reading from this book at Readercon a few months ago. Glad to see it fairing so well on the list this week.

All in all, a pretty good selection of books in the top 5.
